Welcome to TiM on MyPathway
The centre at which you receive care for your MND is now using the Telehealth in Motor Neuron Disease on MyPathway system (or ‘TiM on MyPathway’ for short). People with MND and their carers have helped us develop TiM on MyPathway to help us improve the care that we provide. As someone who receives MND care at a centre now using TiM, you should have received a letter sent by us, inviting you to create an account. To do this, you will need your NHS number, which should be at the top of the letter you have received, in addition to the first half of your postcode. If you do not have this letter and do not know your NHS number, please contact your MND care centre directly, who will be able to help.
